Our courses and workshops aim to impart a practical hands-on understanding of the material we cover. While we do use an interactive lecture approach to cover basic theory, our courses and workshops rely on the use of role plays, exercises, small group work, questionnaires, discussions, videos and demonstrations. Participants in our workshops go far beyond ingesting theory. They learn techniques, skills and approaches at a practical level. Our goal is for participants to be able to use the techniques, skills and approaches they learn as they walk out of the course.
